Our story · Since 2022
Our storyone shared table at a time.
Since 2022 we’ve reinvented global classics with Indian ingredients, and around 95% of what we use is sourced in India. Everything is made from scratch in small batches by an all-women team.

01 · Since 2022
From a small studio to a growing food story
Fiori Artisanal began in Bengaluru in 2022, during a time when the world slowed down and gave us all a reason to pause, rethink and return to what mattered. What started as a personal passion for baking slowly grew into something much bigger, a desire to create food that was thoughtful, ingredient-led and rooted in where we come from.
Our journey began with a small studio, experimenting with breads, desserts and techniques we had fallen in love with along the way. As our community grew, so did our ambition. In 2022, Fiori found a home in Whitefield with the opening of Café Fiori: a space where our food could be experienced beyond the box, around a table, over coffee, conversations, books and long afternoons.
Today, Fiori has grown into both a café and a dedicated artisanal bakery studio, bringing together everything we love about food: craftsmanship, experimentation, community and conscious sourcing.

02 · 95% sourced in India
European techniques. Indian ingredients. Our own point of view
At the heart of Fiori is a simple idea: good food begins with good ingredients.
Our approach is rooted in European baking and pastry techniques, but the ingredients we work with are overwhelmingly Indian. Around 95% of what goes into our kitchen is sourced from within India, from single-origin cacao and craft chocolate to local dairy, nuts, grains, seasonal fruit and produce from some of the country’s most unique growing regions.
We look for what is seasonal, what is grown close to home and what is worth celebrating.
This means our menu is always evolving. A dessert might begin with a fruit we discovered from a small farm, a loaf might be built around an Indian grain, or a classic European pastry might find a completely new expression through ingredients grown here.
We don’t believe in following tradition for tradition’s sake. We believe in understanding it, respecting it and then finding our own way forward.

03 · Small batches
Made from scratch. Made with intention
Everything we make at Fiori is produced in small batches, from scratch.
Our breads are naturally fermented. Our pastries are laminated by hand. Our desserts are built layer by layer. Our cakes are made to order. And wherever possible, we choose ingredients for their quality, provenance and seasonality rather than convenience.
We have also chosen to build Fiori consciously, as a fully digital business, with an ongoing focus on reducing waste, sourcing responsibly and making more thoughtful choices across our operations.
It isn’t always the easiest way to do things. But we believe the details matter.

04 · All-women pastry team
A women-led kitchen, built around community
Fiori is proudly women-led, with an all-women pastry team at the heart of our production.
But our idea of community extends beyond our kitchen. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with farmers, local producers, makers, artists, coffee roasters and fellow small businesses who share our belief that food can create meaningful connections.
From our bakery studio to the tables at Café Fiori, from weekend bake markets to workshops and collaborations, we want Fiori to be more than a place to buy something delicious.
We want it to be a place where people discover something new, meet someone interesting, celebrate something special or simply slow down for a while.
And we’re still growing
Fiori today looks very different from the little studio where it began, but the reason we started remains the same.
- To make beautiful food.
- To work with incredible ingredients.
- To keep learning and experimenting.
- To build something responsible, joyful and distinctly our own.
We’re still exploring what Fiori can become - one dish, one loaf, one pastry, one dessert and one shared table at a time.
Welcome to Fiori Artisanal.
Made in India. Inspired by everywhere. Always evolving.

Meet the Chef
Anushka Srivastava
Chef & Founder, Fiori Artisanal & Café Fiori
“My relationship with food began long before Fiori had a name.”
I grew up finding a sense of comfort and belonging in the kitchen. I loved the process of making things with my hands: the patience, the precision, the little details that could turn simple ingredients into something memorable. That early fascination eventually led me to Switzerland, where I pursued a BA (Hons.) in International Culinary Arts at IMI International Management Institute.
