Our story — since 2022

Good food begins with good ingredients. Our technique is European, but around 95% of what goes into our kitchen is grown in India: single-origin cacao, local dairy, grains and seasonal fruit. Breads are naturally fermented, pastry is laminated by hand, and every cake is made to order.
